EDUCATIONAL PROGRAM COORDINATOR
I worked in the adult education centre Vestifex and the non-formal learning centre VitaTiim in Estonia. There I managed projects that contribute to the transformation of the Estonian education system towards a present- and future-proof state so that it can fulfil individual needs and interests and facilitate the formation of the personal worldview for further action.
FREELANCE EDUCATOR
I have developed and organized 9 training courses on the topics of sustainability, climate justice, climate action and transformation of the education system. I lead the courses for young people, school teachers, youth workers and adult educators in English and Russian.
My main goals for the courses are to educate participants on the topics in empowering way, facilitate connection & co-creation, activate hope & resilience. I use non-formal learning methods to build a friendly and empowering atmosphere.
PROJECT MANAGER
I am writing and leading projects since 2013.
I have written and organized 4 international projects in frames of the Erasmus+ programme by myself and have co-organized dozens of international projects. I have participated in youth exchanges as a youth leader. I took part in 16 trainings for project organizers and youth leaders. I have also participated in the conferences on the development and management of climate proactive projects.
CHEF IN THE LIVING KITCHEN OF ZOKU
I worked as a chef in Zoku - a living and working place for global nomads in Amsterdam.
Zoku is a B-corp company which cares for people and the planet.
I was in charge of cooking daily-changing healthy and delicious breakfasts and lunches to nourish the bodies and souls of our guests.
SUSTAINABILITY ADVISER &
KITCHEN MANAGER
I worked on sustainability solutions and optimization in the Stek restaurant in Leeuwarden.
I was also managing the kitchen team of the restaurant.
Prior to that, I worked as a chef at Stek for a year.
Before Stek I used to work as a personal chef and chef for international work camps.
I have also completed multiple culinary courses.
AUTHOR OF ARTICLES
I am writing for an independent magazine produced by Narva youth. Narvamus is run by active citizens who want to express their thoughts, be creative and critical, speak about social issues and the world around them.
I am writing articles in English, Russian and Estonian on the topics of sustainability, global challenges and solutions, climate action, and art.
MODEL
I worked as a model in 5 fashion shows.
The shows were dedicated to circular fashion design.
These shows helped me to discover fashion as a tool for exploring ourselves in the world and building a better understanding of and connection to the environment.
I enjoyed meeting young conscious local designers and seeing how art and design can unite us in climate action.
